Bright Star By Jane Campion

Just wanted to give you my review of the movie Bright Star. This movie is brilliant as expected by a director like Jane Campion. I am waiting with anticipation for the DVD so i can play it non-stop, all-day, 24 hours a day. Not only is the story so right-on, the emotional intensity and the amazing cinematography combine to create a masterpiece of a film. A love story that is 200 years old is brought to the present with a not just modern, but timeless idea of spiritual love without the clutter of physicality and sexuality. Love it, love it, love it!! 5 stars...

Leo has been found!!

I just realized, after checking out my desolate blog, that I never announced that our cat had been found! Exactly four weeks after he was lost, a wonderful person was able to find him and a wonderful mailman eventually called me with cat in hand, sick with a fever, 3 pounds lighter, with not many days left. What a wonderful birthday present for me! He was found on October 9th, the day before my birthday. This just proves that miracles do happen. We are so happy, and Leo is right back where he was before, happy and healthy again.

LOST CAT!!

I am on an emotinal roller coaster right now. My cat Leo has been lost for a week now. I have gone on searches totaling miles everyday. I am not eating, nor sleeping. But, one thing I must say is that the people of Kenmore, New York are tha most amazing people. I am so impressed by their caring and thoughtfulness in this very hard time of my life. Everyone is searching and searching, all the kids want to be the hero to find him. I hope someone does because I don't think I can take much more of this torture, and torture it is, torture it is...
Oh my Leo, please come back to me. I miss you!!
